One of the fastest ways to put you in a state of anxiety or depression is to get lost in what I call the Valley overwhelmed. The Valley of Overwhelmed is also a place of stress and a place where confidence and self-esteem tend to disappear. The combination of stress and lack of confidence and low self-esteem is a sure recipe for depression.
I spent over twenty years relating to recurring severe depression and anxiety, and I always thought that when depression or anxiety hit me, it came out of nowhere. I was wrong.
I have since learned that depression, even the so-called clinical depression and even bipolar depression, and all forms of creative anxiety with a thought. Yes, a thought.
Knowing this secret is the largest self depression information to aid in the world! In fact, I believe that depression, self and other treatments for depression miss you if you do not know and do not act on this secret.
Now, before you get all excited, know that I am not saying that these conditions are not chemical. Because they are.
But this chemical reaction in the body does not come out of nowhere. It begins with a thought.
You know that your mind and body are connected, right?

When you have lots of problems or if you have many things to do or you have a lot to learn, it is easy to start feeling like it was too. You have too much to do too much not to do too many things to remember, too much to bear. The feeling that you can not manage what you manage is a chilling feeling so incredible.
It creates a thought of “Why bother? Too.” Or “it’s too scary.” These are the thoughts that then trigger depression and anxiety.
So what can you do?
